Detailed Itinerary – Ngorongoro Crater Day Trip

05:30 – 06:30 | Morning Pick-Up

Your guide from Superior Kilimanjaro and Safaris will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha. Begin the scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through traditional Maasai villages and dramatic highland landscapes.


08:30 – 09:00 | Arrival at Ngorongoro Crater Rim

Arrive at the crater rim for a brief orientation. Take in panoramic views of the caldera, approximately 20 kilometers in diameter and 600 meters deep. Your guide will provide information on crater geology, ecology, and resident wildlife.


09:00 – 13:00 | Morning Crater Safari
